this resort truly exceeded my expectations during my stay in nusa dua. the friendly staff and beautiful ocean view from my room made my trip memorable.

the air conditioning was noisy.

we had a fantastic stay at grand mirage resort & thalasso bali. the premiere double room with garden view was very comfortable, and our little girl loved the mini water park. the staff was incredibly friendly, and they responded quickly when we requested extra towels. breakfast had plenty of options, and the relaxing atmosphere made our holiday perfect.

The location of this resort was fantastic, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local attractions. What I enjoyed the most was the vibrant design of the place and the activities for kids, especially the foam party that got everyone excited. Plus, the ocean view from our suite was absolutely breathtaking, making our mornings even more special.

The stunning beachfront views were breathtaking! I loved soaking in the adult-only pool that overlooked the ocean. Every meal was a delight at the various restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet that offered an array of fresh fruits and hearty dishes.

Had a lovely time at Grand Mirage Family Paradise. We booked a Family Studio with two queen beds. The room felt fresh and clean since it was recently renovated. Kids loved the kids club. plenty of games and fun activities kept them entertained. The pool area was fantastic with a slide and a small water park. Breakfast each morning offered a variety of options, though it could have been a bit more exciting. Unfortunately, we faced some inconvenience when we arrived. Also, the buggy service was hard to find. We often had to walk or carry little ones between the buildings. The beach area felt a bit zoned off and not very inviting. Wi-Fi in the rooms was spotty, often better by the pool. Staff were friendly and kept the property clean, which was appreciated. Would recommend for families, but do plan for potential hiccups with room arrangements.
